A Shared Spirit of Excellence Shines Through in New MidFirst Bank TV Campaign

June 19, 2013

OKLAHOMA CITY – MidFirst Bank recently released a television advertising campaign celebrating the pursuit of excellence in everyday lives. Such spirit is the foundation of MidFirst Bank's values; values the bank seeks to demonstrate through every customer interaction. It is the reason clients hold long-lasting relationships with the Bank. The new campaign includes three new television commercials, which can be viewed at Commercials. One titled Champion, set in a horse training arena, features an actual customer as the horse trainer.

Commenting on being in the commercial, owner and lead trainer at Cottonwood Creek Ranch, Kelly Kraegel said, "I receive a call, text or Facebook post almost every day about the commercial. Shooting the commercial was a great experience; we started at 'sun up' and worked through dusk; much like my day as a business owner, but I was happy to do it as a testament to my seven-year partnership with MidFirst Bank. The commercial is a true reflection of who they are and my personal experience with the bank."

In 2006, Kraegel was faced with a situation that could have forced her to close the doors on her beloved Cottonwood Creek Ranch and on her life-long passion for training horses. Faced with an immediate need for business financing, she turned to MidFirst Bank.

"Through some of my clients, I was aware of MidFirst Bank, but I never imagined how strongly they would come through for me," said Kraegel. "Seven years later, we are thriving. What my banker does for me is a lot like what I do with my horses: guiding them to be the 'best' they can be through encouragement, patience and dedication."

"Our client's inspire us everyday," says Garland Wilkinson, senior executive vice president and COO. "We are proud to be part of Kelly's story and appreciate her lending her time and skill in helping us communicate the dedication people experience working with MidFirst Bank. We believe all of our new television commercials will be a source of information and inspiration for all to enjoy."

Kraegel's experience is replete with core values that MidFirst Bank lives by every day and they ring true in all of the new commercials especially, in Champion which starts with the announcer saying: At MidFirst Bank, we believe there's a champion inside every business. We see strength. We see agility. We see endurance. It began airing recently in Phoenix, Oklahoma City and Tulsa along with two other commercials: Teacher and Car. All can be viewed on the Bank's website, Commercials
