Submit a CCPA Request

The California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) gives some California residents the ability to request access to the personal information we have on file for them and request we delete or correct that information. 

To complete a CCPA request, you or your authorized agent will follow these steps:

  1. Confirm your residence
  2. Submit your request*
  3. Receive your CCPA response

*Proper authentication is required to protect your personal information. Depending on your response, you may be required to provide proof of identity before we can fulfill your request. Response time will be consistent with applicable laws.

Note: There may be some scenarios where we may not be able to fulfill some or all of your CCPA
requests. For example:

  • If you are not a California resident
  • If we cannot verify your identity
  • If we cannot match the data we have on file to your verified credentials
  • If we are required or permitted to keep some or all of your personal information under federal regulations or other laws
