Lewis Beckett

Lewis Beckett is a native of Little Rock, Arkansas. He began his banking career with Commercial National Bank in Little Rock as a trust administrator in 1979, following three years of service as a Regular Army Officer. Lewis subsequently served as vice president of the Arkansas Baptist Foundation and as vice president and trust officer of First Commercial Trust. In 1987, Lewis moved to Norman, Oklahoma to become senior vice president and head of the trust department at The Security National Bank and Trust Company of Norman. In 1999, he became the manager for the central Oklahoma Division of Arvest Asset Management. Lewis joined MidFirst Trust Company in March 2002 and retired in 2018. After a brief retirement, Lewis returned to MidFirst late 2022. Lewis earned a bachelor’s degree in history from the University of Central Arkansas and a J.D. from the University of Arkansas School of Law.
