Kathy earned her Bachelor of Arts in communications from the University of Arizona and her MBA from the University of Phoenix. She serves the community as past chair and current finance chair of the board of trustees for Scottsdale Arts and is past president and current member of Arizona Business Leadership. Kathy is a founding member of the Women's Collective as well as a board member/membership chair of WISH (Women Investing in Science and Health) through the Banner Foundation.
