Part-Time and Full-Time Tellers

Tellers provide our customers with the highest level of service while processing a variety of customer transactions, as well as cross-selling various products and services. Individuals who are successful in this role typically have previous customer service and retail cash-handling experience, and should be comfortable in a competitive sales environment. A Teller position is an excellent start to a well-rounded career in banking!


MoneyLine Personal Bankers

Variety of shifts available, including weekend hours
Our MidFirst MoneyLine is a call center environment where Personal Bankers address a wide variety of questions and issues with a high level of service. They also uncover new business by sharing high-quality products and services. Individuals who have proven success in customer service or call center environments and competent sales abilities are typically a good match in this role. Spanish-speaking skills are a particular asset in this position as well. If you have this type of experience, an enthusiastic attitude and good computer skills, we encourage you to learn more about this exciting opportunity!


Customer Care Service Representatives, Account Coordinators and Application Assistance Coordinators

8 a.m. - 5 p.m. and 10 a.m. - 7 p.m. shifts available, Monday through Friday
We have multiple contact centers where Customer Care Service Representatives, Account Coordinators and Application Assistance Coordinators assist mortgagors with resolving their delinquency and saving their home. For individuals with strong communication and customer service skills or call center experience, these positions provide comprehensive training in financial services and the mortgage industry, as well as offering a variety of stable schedules Monday through Friday, which is ideal for working students. Bilingual Spanish-speaking candidates, or those working later shifts, can earn more per hour. Strong performers can earn additional monthly incentives!

Additionally, if you plan to pursue a career in financial services industry and you are taking business-related courses, we encourage you to consider our Tuition Reimbursement Program. Costs for related courses can be eligible for reimbursement up to 80% with this program, all while you gain valuable experience with a reputable financial institution.
