Below discusses how MidFirst Bank (herein "MidFirst”  "we” "us" and “our") uses your email address to send important updates about MidFirst products.

Collection of Email Addresses

Unless you open an account online or enroll in online/mobile banking, customers are not required to provide their email address, but are encouraged to do so to allow for communication of important information as further discussed below. You agree to notify us if your email address changes. 

NOTE: Emails you send to us are NOT secure; therefore, you should not include any personal information in your emails. MidFirst will never ask for your password, Social Security number, or other personal information in an email.

Types of Email Communications

Below is a summary of the types of emails you may receive from us:

  • Emergency Notification Emails are sent for the purpose of notifying customers of actual or potential information security events or fraud that may affect them or their accounts. Emergency Notification Emails are sent only when management perceives that it is necessary to alert customers to a threat that has a reasonable likelihood of affecting customer accounts or otherwise causing the customer losses. Emergency Notification Emails will not contain any promotional content.
  • Transactional/Relationship Emails are sent to provide you with information specific to the product or service you have signed up for with MidFirst.
  • Commercial Emailsare emails that provide a commercial advertisement or promote a commercial product or service.
    • These emails alert customers to information about products and services that they currently have or that are available to them or they may promote new products and services that are available
    • You may opt out of receiving commercial emails by clicking the Unsubscribe button in the email or by sending an opt-out request to: support2@midfirst.com
    • Upon receipt of any opt-out request, you will be removed from future email solicitations/advertisements within 10 business days
