Gift Card Terms of Use

The following constitute the MidFirst Bank ("Bank") Gift Card Terms of Use. As used herein, "Payor" means the MidFirst Bank customer who purchases a gift card; "you," "your," "yours" and "Customer" mean the recipient of the gift card (Payor may be a recipient if Payor uses the gift card to make purchases); "Bank," "we," "our" and "us" mean MidFirst Bank, a national savings association; "gift card(s)" means a gift card issued by MidFirst Bank. Purchase and/or use of a gift card constitute agreement to the Terms of Use.


Issuance of Gift Cards

We will issue each gift card in the amount designated by Payor. Payor must be a Bank customer. Payor must fund each gift card at the time of issuance. You must activate each gift card by calling 800.710.4795 and selecting a unique PIN. Payor agrees to pay $3.75 for each gift card purchased. Gift cards may not be exchanged for cash. If you do not use your gift card for 12 consecutive months, a $5.00 monthly fee will be assessed and deducted from the balance of your gift card.


Use of Gift Cards

You may use gift cards to make purchases exactly like a credit card at any retail outlet that accepts Visa®. You must select a PIN to activate your gift card; however, your gift card does not require a PIN to complete a transaction. By accepting and using your gift card, you are agreeing to the Terms of Use set forth herein. Gift cards will be accepted only for purchases up to the available balance on the gift card by the amount of the transaction. When all of the remaining funds have been depleted from a gift card, the gift card will no longer be usable. Gift cards are not re-loadable, which means no additional funds may be added to the remaining balance of gift cards. Gift cards may not be used to withdraw cash from an ATM, to transfer balances from one card to another or to obtain cash advances.

You can access balance and transaction history information by calling 800.710.4795.


Lost or Stolen Gift Cards

In the event that your gift card is lost or stolen, you agree to contact us as soon as possible at 800.710.4795. You must provide the gift card number. When you alert us of a lost or stolen gift card, we will cancel the gift card. You may request the issuance of a new gift card. If we issue a new gift card, you will be charged a $10 fee, which will be deducted from the remaining balance on the gift card.


Dispute Resolution

If you believe any transaction or receipt is incorrect, you must notify us no later than sixty (60) days after the date of the transaction. You may notify us by calling 800.710.4795.
