Upon activation, you may change your PIN online at midfirst.com. Click "Select an Online Banking System" and select "Payroll Card – Employee." NOTE: The first time you sign in, the online system will prompt you to establish a user ID and password, then follow the instructions on the screen. Upon logging in, select the "Change Card PIN" link. You may also change your PIN by calling the phone number on the back of your card (800.710.4795).

You may also check your available balance by performing a balance inquiry at an ATM. You will not be charged a fee when you use a MidFirst ATM. Yes, MidFirst Bank provides continuous fraud monitoring of your card. Additionally, your card is protected by Visa's Zero Liability policy, so you will not be liable for unauthorized transactions. NOTE: Visa's Zero Liability policy does not apply to ATM transactions or PIN transactions not processed by Visa. You must notify MidFirst Bank promptly of any unauthorized use.

No, you may not access more than the available balance on your card.

Usually, a purchase cannot be made for more than the amount available. Occasionally, a merchant will settle a transaction for an amount greater than the authorization obtained or after an authorization hold has expired, resulting in a negative balance. Your next payroll deposit will be applied to any negative balance. Negative balances, along with possible fees, may be avoided by keeping track of your available balance.

No, keep your card and the card number under your control at all times. Do not tell anyone your personal identification number (PIN) or write your PIN on the back of your card.

No, only your employer may add payroll funds to your card. This may include your regular pay amount, as well as overtime or bonuses.

You may call the number on the back of your card (800.710.4795) 24 hours a day, seven days a week. You may follow the recorded instructions or speak with a customer service representative.

Yes, the expiration date is clearly embossed on the front of the card and you will be issued a new payroll card in advance of expiration. The card number will remain the same.

No, payroll cards do not have any dormancy or inactivity fees.

Yes, payroll cards have a monthly fee of $2.

If your payroll card is lost or stolen, contact your employer as soon as possible to request a replacement card. A $10 replacement fee may be deducted from the remaining balance on the payroll card.
